Get everyone on the same page
DAVS provides intuitive AV solutions that are designed to be simple enough for anyone to use – but in order to ensure everyone is properly trained on how to use your new system, we provide onsite AV systems training to all of our customers.
Our personalised training programs include:
- Technical Training – one of our engineers will meet with your technical point person to go over troubleshooting, advanced system training, CAD drawings, rack layouts and more
- Assistant Training – when your system installation is completed, we’ll have a trainer visit your administrative staff for system orientation, as well as a refresher course a few weeks later
- Executive Training – this is a quick training session that will focus on a high-level overview of your systems features and capabilities, including hands-on training with your control panel
Should you find that you require more specialised training for technology such as Smart Software, we are happy to provide you with a quote or provide you with an operations manual that serves as a quick reference guide for your system.
