How do I know if my project is a success?

To determine whether or not your AV project is a success, consider these three questions:
- Is your technology being used? – If your workforce is effectively utilising your system and AV technology has not only been integrated into your company culture, but also become imperative to your efficiency and productivity, your project is a success.
- Do you see real ROI? – If your AV technology is being used at the cost of being reproduced, your meetings are faster and more effective and you realise savings in printing, mailing expenses and travel, your project is a success.
- Was your system implemented on time and on budget? – If your technology was set up without hitting major obstacles and you feel like your solution matches your expectations, your project is a success.
