The Process
- Plan for success – We consult with you to fully understand your environment, in order to set expectations and determine the budget, scope of work and timeline of your project.
- Engineering – In this step, we draw your designs, configure the details and choose your technology components. Plus, we create equipment and material schedules.
- Programming & Testing – In our fabrication labs, we’ll wire your systems into our racks for expert integration, then program and test them to ensure a smooth installation in your environment.
- Installation and System Launch – We install all cable, hardware, audio reinforcement, equipment racks and mounts in place, then put them to the test.
- Sign-Off & Training – After implementation, we’ll train you on how to use your new AV technology, and make further adjustments throughout the first year or so of operation.
- Ongoing Support – As this type of high-tech equipment requires servicing from time to time, we’ll be there with expert service and support to keep everything working at peak performance.
